Bar/Café Manager

We are looking for individuals that have a strong initiative and customer service skills. Availability at the weekend is essential as well evenings.

​

Your day to day roles include:​

​​

• Daily opening and closing checks

• Working through daily cleaning tasks

• Providing good customer service

• Serving customers and operating the till

• Cooking and help preparing basic meals

• Clearing tables

• Making drinks

• Operating and cleaning equipment such as coffee machine, ice machine and slush machine

• Maintaining a high level of food hygiene and cleanliness to keep our 5 star rating

• Cashing up at the end of each day

• Managing a team

• Maintaining paperwork

• Stock control and ordering

• Price control maximise profit

Previous experience in working in a café/bar is preferred, with a strong initiative. Full training will be provided.

Duty Manager

We are looking for individuals that have a strong initiative and customer service skills, to work along side our team.  This will require some evening and weekend availability.

​

Your day to day roles include:

• Daily opening and closing checks/unlocking and locking the building

• Be a key holder to  the building

• Cashing up at the end of each day

• Customer service

• Managing a team

• Maintaining paperwork

• Maintaining a good working relationship with staff and instructors

• Helping out in any departments when needed

• dealing with customers queries and complaints in a calm and appropriate manner

• Answering the phones

• Dealing  with First aid incidents

• Working with our head instructor to ensure all lessons are covered

​

We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:

• Experience as or above a Supervisor in a hospitality or leisure industry

• Real passion for the industry & pride in your work

• A positive, friendly & outgoing personality

• Excellent customer service skills

• Keen desire to learn

• Good eye for detail & high standards

• Office 365 skills are desired but not required

• Ambition, passion and drive to succeed and further develop your career

• IT literate - working with booking systems, tills and a basic understanding of computers

• Ideally has an understanding about snowsport

• being quick thinking and being available to adapt to a constantly changing environment
